tuna and rice and everything nice

Hi! Joey and I just got back from dinner at Crazy Johnnies Steakhouse. I went with Joey, my parents, my sister (Lizzy), her boyfriend (Brandon), and our good friend Brittney. I was a bit nervous about this place...being a steakhouse and all. So, I scanned the menu quickly and saw that they offered a few non steak dishes. There was grilled chicken, grilled tuna, or some BBQ shrimpies. I ordered the Grilled tuna and almond rice pilaf. It was very, very good! My tuna was cooked medium and it was wonderful. I ate all of it, too :) I ate most of the rice, as well. Sorry, I was still weirded out with the picture taking thing at a restaurant...all though I was encouraged to do so by Joey and Lizzy. Oh, and I had a glass of White Zinfandel. For appetizer we ordered some bread and a large bowl of salad to share among the table. The salad came with House dressing. It was pretty good. I had a little salad and probably about 1 TBSP or less of dressing. The dressing was definitely full fat, and I tried not to get turned off by that. I also had a small tear of bread from the loaf- without dipping sauce. Over all, I had a fabulous time. I ate my food and enjoyed the conversation.

I hope everyone else is having a great Friday night, too! I am such a grandma tonight, seriously. It's not even 10:00 and I am so ready to get wrapped up in my blanket in bed and watch Grey's Anatomy- I missed this past Thursday's episode. I will be back tomorrow after the gym!
